Responsibilities

Create a robust translation services vendor management framework, including the oversight and management of a centralized, global vendor roster;
Identify, acquire, maintain, protect, use and evaluate translation resources;
Build a strong relationship with partner vendors/translators;
Put in place the right international financial controls and processes for translation vendors;
Design and manage financial plans and budgets for translation services;
Actively work with Translation Technology Partners to identify ways to automate and improve the processes and outputs;
Internal coordination and cooperation as the focal point with project delivery team and functional support teams;
Attend meetings as required to discuss and clarify on briefs, client requirements, deadlines and budgets.

Qualifications

BA or BS degree in Management or other relative majors;
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, negotiation skills and presentation skills;
Excellent English skills and team work spirits;
Strong people management skill, people management in a service-oriented structure is a plus;
Good skills on Microsoft Word, Excel, PPT and Outlook, etc.;
Other abilities such as Communication skills/Information-gathering skills. Knowledge and/or experience in medical practice is a plus.
